On 15 November 2022, the MTWD has issued the Notice to Proceed for the construction of pump house, perimeter fence and site development of Sampaguita Pumping Station in the 2,025 square-meter property of MTWD in Sampaguita, Solana.

Prior to this project, ground well source was constructed in April 2021. The well has a rated capacity of approximately 49.76 liters per second. Pipe network composed of 8 and 6-inch- diameter transmission lines as well as 4, 3, and 2-inch-diameter distribution lines are also near completion. Cluster meter dowels will also be installed to hasten installation of service connections in the future.

This stand alone, Sampaguita Solana Water System, will deliver safe and potable water to the residents of Brgy. Sampaguita and is expected to be fully operational by 2023.
