Loyalty which is an unrelenting devotion to duty through the test of time is always rewarded.

Dir. Fausta L. Tanguilan received her 15-year service award in recognition of her dedicated service to MTWD during the Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) 35th National Convention on February 6, 2014 at the SMX Convention Center, Davao City.

Dir. Tanguilan contributed through the years effective policy making towards further development of water service to the community.

Director Tanguilan is a Licensed Civil Engineer, an accomplished alumna of the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao. She is currently a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. (PICE) and has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 1999. She has been a Private Practitioner Civil Engineer for almost seven years. She has also rendered services with the National Housing Authority Regional Office 02 as Supervising Engineer from August 1, 1996 to March 31, 1997 and worked as Project Engineer of the Carnation Corporation from October 1, 1998 to December 1, 2000.
On August 24, 2011, Dir. Tanguilan was included in the roster of Individual Experts (Institutional Development and Technical) accredited by the National Water Resources Board (NWRB).

Her technical aptitude coupled with her distinctive managerial experience and sheer professionalism makes her an ideal leader.
