A new face of MTWD now arises in its satellite office in Solana. Located at the heart of the Municipality of Solana, stood a green one-story building which reflects the strong dedication of the District to serve its concessionaires with great passion and with utmost respect for their convenience. It is part of the MTWD’s Core Values to give its individual’s best in service its customers because the customers are the reason for the District’s existence.

With a total land area of 1,812.36 square meters, it houses the MTWD Solana Concrete Overhead Tank, Centro Solana Pumping Station, and the newly constructed Solana Sub-Office. The new building has a floor area of 5 by 10 meters and a height of 3.7 meters. Office related transactions are being entertained in this office like the collection, application, and now even the seminar for the new applicants for connections are being conducted. The building was constructed and designed by MTWD’s own engineers and carpenters.

On January 2, 2013, the newly constructed building was blessed by the Solana Saint Vincent Assistant Parish Priest, Father Julius Teaño. MTWD Board of Directors, headed by Dir. Macaria M. Duldulao, and MTWD General Manager, Engr. Miller C. Tanguilan, CESE, along with his Officers and staff were present to witness this event.

Ms. Leticia C. Dulnuan and Ms. Julia Y. Liban will be the MTWD Personnel designated to entertain transactions for the Solana Sub-Office.
