This is to inform our valued customers-concessionaires that starting January 6, 2025:
1. ALL MATERIALS (such as HDPE pipes, G.I. pipes and G.I. fittings) to be used for installation of new water service connection, re-tapping and re-piping, necessarily found or installed after the water meter stand shall no longer be provided by MTWD;
2. As such, it is ADVISED that PRIOR to the estimated schedule/date of installation works and activities as given or provided by the MTWD PACD personnel, the HDPE pipe from the house connection up to the location of the water meter must have already been laid by the concerned customer at his expense, ready for interconnection with the water meter stand pipe.
3. Any issue, leak or damage found after the water meter stand going to the house, residence, and/or place of business of customers-concessionaires shall be under the sole care, accountability and responsibility of the concerned customer-concessionaire.
