“Precious Drops” the Official Publication of MTWD bagged 3rd place in the Search for Best Publication Award newsletter category during the Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) Convention held at SMX Convention Center, Lanang, Davao City on February 6, 2014.

The newsletter of MTWD bested other Water Districts in the Philippines on categories of relevance to the organization, content, form, style and originality. As a recap to the contents of “Precious Drops” last year, it featured articles concerning employee welfare, customer service, milestone achievements and projects of the district.

The Champion for Best Publication is Aguas Potables of Baliwag Water District and 2nd place was awarded to Tubig San Joseño of San Jose Water District.

The respected Board of Judges include Mr. Arman Armero (Section Editor of Manila Standard Today), Mr. Elmer Manuel (Senior Reporter of People’s Journal), and Abimelech Dawa (Reporter of Bulgar and Remate).

With the glass plaque of prestigious award, the Editorial Board of “Precious Drops” promises to elevate the publication to the highest quality for the consumption of the District’s beloved concessionaires and employees.
