Nearly three years of living with restrictive measures and now settling down with the new normal, the Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District family had finally held a New Year’s Mass for thanksgiving and Divine Providence to start the year right. The Eucharistic celebration was held at the 4th Floor, MTWD Building and presided by Msgr. Benjamin T. Lasam.

In his homily, Msgr. Lasam accentuated the essence of forgiveness and family. The past holiday season has once again reminded each and every one that it is not only a season of rejoicing but an opportunity to reflect, to forgive and to nurture family bonds.
