On May 16, 2025, day after the frontline service inspection, a client interview ensued. The secretariat of the CART namely Atty. Kenneth Charisse I. Gallardo and Mr. Sammuel A. Aquino interviewed 3 customers availing different frontline service transactions such as application for new water service connection, bills payment and request for bacteriological test.
The survey questions were based on the given questions from ARTA consisting a survey on the overall satisfaction of service, processing time and professionalism of the staff, thus, revealing an outstanding rating in the overall client experience and perception.
