TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan, Feb. 28 (MTWD)—The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District (MTWD) bags 2nd place in the 2024 PAWD Best Publication Awards organized by the Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) which was joined by different Local Water Districts in the country.
Every Local Water District was encouraged to submit at least two issues of their publication—containing relevance in form and substance of the entries. The contest was adjudged by selected individuals having significant background and experience in publication, journalism and mass communication.

The awarding ceremonies was held on February 28, 2025 at SMX Convention Center, Bacolod City and the plaque of recognition was received by General Manager Engr. Miller C. Tanguilan, CESE and Cagayan Valley Association of Water Districts (CAVAWAD) Chairperson Dir. Fausta L. Tanguilan.
It is worth mentioning that MTWD was also a 3rd placer awardee during the 2023 PAWD Best Publication Awards which was held at SMX Convention Center, Davao City on February 29, 2024.

The members of the Editorial Board under the leadership of GM Miller further commits to publish informative issues that are apt and fitting to the mission and vision of MTWD.
