September 25, 2020 | The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District (MTWD) officially launched its Online Water Billing Inquiry. This service aims to address the need to lessen face-to-face transactions during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing an online solution for concessionaires experiencing problems with their Water Billing Notice. Now, it is possible to view your water bill online by following these 4 easy steps to access the service:

1. Visit the MTWD Official Website at mtwd.gov.ph;
2. Click the Online Water Billing Inquiry Icon under the MTWD Online Key Information Tools (KIT);
3. Enter your Account Number (eg: 01-234567) and click “Search”; and
4. Click “View” for a detailed Online Billing Statement.

This service was made possible by the MTWD Project Development Team which is under the direct supervision of Engr. Miller C. Tanguilan, CESE, MTWD General Manager. The team is composed of Ms. Jocelyn B. de Jesus (Project Leader), Mr. Ardee A. Reyes, Ms. Beverly T. de la Cruz, Mr. Bryan Niño D. Soriano and Mr. Kurt Sander P. Daliuag.

The Online Billing Inquiry is just the start as the team is poised to develop other systems that promote efficiency in the delivery of MTWD’s services to its concessionaires.
