As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain water quality and uphold the standards of our distribution system, we would like to inform the public, especially our customers-concessionaires that the waiver of fees for reporting changes to water meter stand pipes, sizes, or fittings has expired as of December 31, 2023. Starting January 1, 2024, customers-concessionaires or entities who have failed to report such changes and will be found, after inspection, to have committed or effected unauthorized replacement or alteration of meter stand, pipe sizes, or fittings along the meterstand will correspondingly be subject to a penalty of Six Thousand Pesos (Php 6,000.00). This measure is crucial in ensuring that our water distribution system meets the approved standards and specifications set by the MTWD and relevant government regulatory bodies.
