We courteously invite and encourage the public, especially our customers-concessionaires to inform and report to the MTWD main office any replacement or alteration of water meter stand pipes and fittings as well as any related works which were done or effected without authority from the MTWD. The MTWD aims to repair and replace the said altered or replaced water meter stand pipe with the proper standard and specifications for water meter stand pipe duly approved by MTWD and relevant government regulatory bodies in order that water distribution and standards for water quality is maintained for the consuming public.

In line with this, MTWD will CONDONE the imposition of Six Thousand Pesos (Php 6,000. 00) penalty for every customer-concessionaire who/that will report changes made on their meter stand, pipe sizes or fittings starting JULY 25, 2023 TO DECEMBER 31,2023, in order for the MTWD to repair, correct and restore the said meter stand to its proper standard. Thereafter, customers-concessionaires or entities who have failed to report such changes or those who will be found, after inspection, to have committed or effected unauthorized replacement or alteration of meter stand will be correspondingly imposed with such penalty.
