The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District celebrated its 46th Founding Anniversary on August 1, 2024 with the theme “𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲”.
