What is MTWD Water Bill?
- This is the Statement of Account (SOA) issued by the meter reader to the consumer upon reading of their water meter.
- The content includes the monthly consumption as well as the balance in arrears and other charges incurred such as materials/fittings, relocation fee.
- The due date of each account is also indicated on the SOA. It is located on the upper right corner of the bill.
