The “Batang Water Wais” is an activity which aims to raise awareness among pupils on how to conserve water and the different ways to treat wastewater as a meaningful resources in our environment and ecosystem.  This activity was held at Piat Central Elementary School, Bauan Elementary School, Dadda Elementary School, Balzain East Elementary School, Ugac Elementary School, and Annafunan Elementary School on March 1, 2 and 3, 2017, respectively.

The event was actively participated by the grade three (3) pupils of the said schools and played all the educational games such as quiz bee and picture identification which the committee prepared. As a reward, the pupils/participants were given tokens and freebies which can be used in the classroom.

The winner in each school was proclaimed as the 2017 Batang Water Wais.  Also, each participating school received a plaque of appreciation.

Overall, the participating schools had a fruitful learning experience as they join the world in celebrating the 2017 World Water Day.
