True to our thrust of delivering excellent services to our beloved customers, MTWD has partnered with SM Smart, Inc. in making bills payment easier, more accessible and economical for the public.

Launching of the partnership and inauguration of the SM Business Services Center at SM City Cauayan was held on May 29, 2014 which was attended by our General Manager, Engr. Miller C. Tanguilan, CESE and other business executives of SM.

With this partnership, SM City Cauayan Business Services Center and Savemore Bills Payment Center located at the Mall of the Valley in Tuguegarao City are now ready to accept water bill payments from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm daily.

This gives our customers another option in paying bills especially those  who cannot afford to pay directly in the counters of the MTWD Office within Office Hours.

To make water bill payments, the customers just need to present the current month’s billing notice and shall pay an additional minimal service fee of Seven Pesos (₱7.00) charged directly by Savemore for every transaction with them.

However, the public should note that only current water bill payments shall be accepted by SAVEMORE. Those with other charges reflected on their billing notices, such as materials shall be paid at MTWD counters in its respective Offices at San Gabriel in Tuguegarao City; Bonifacio Street in Solana, Cagayan; and Poblacion 1 in Piat, Cagayan.
