The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District (MTWD) continues to find ways to further enhance its services thru partnerships in its bills payment and collection. Currently, customers are able to pay their bill over the counter at SM Payment Centers or at the MTWD collection office or thru online payment using GCash or Landbank’s LinkBiz.
Today, March 20, 2025, MTWD is exploring another payment facility that could significantly reduce queuing in the sub-office and possibly provide an alternative for customers using online application. Palawan Express Padala representative conducted product presentation focusing on their traditional over the counter payment and the Palawan Pay Up, their mobile application for payment. Said presentation was attended by the concerned Division Heads of the District.
The MTWD management through the leadership of General Manager Engr. Miller C. Tanguilan, CESE is making ways to enhance customer experience and better improve satisfaction to the public it serves.
