The Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) recognized the hard work and dedication of Directors and General Managers from Local Water Districts during its 46th National Convention, held from February 26 to 28, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center in Bacolod City.

During this event, Director Albert G. Babaran was honored for his ten years of dedicated service to the Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District (MTWD). He has played a key role in developing effective policies that have significantly improved water services in Tuguegarao, Solana, and Piat in Cagayan.

Director Albert G. Babaran has been a member of the MTWD Board of Directors since 2015, representing the Education Sector. His dedication and service to the District have not gone unnoticed.

Since Director Babaran was unable to attend the event, General Manager Engr. Miller Tanguilan received the plaque of recognition on his behalf.
