True to its commitment in performing its Big Brother role to different local water districts in the region, the Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District hosts the 4th Quarter Cagayan Valley Association of Water Districts, Inc. on December 6, 2024 at Hotel Carmelita, Diversion Road, Tuguegarao City.
The annual general assembly aims to tackle issues concerning every water district and address them accordingly. It is also an avenue and a great opportunity for the association to take up matters that will redound to the benefit of its member water districts.
General Manager Engr. Miller C. Tanguilan, CESE and CAVAWAD Treasurer graced the activity with his welcome message for the attending guests and participants, putting emphasis on the crucial and significant role of everyone in the water industry.

General Manager Justito Jimenez of Tumauini Water District and the incumbent CAVAWAD President also delivered his inspiring message for everyone as he ensures that the association shall perform its mandate.
The meeting proper ensued and was started by CAVAWAD Board of Governors Chairperson and the incumbent MTWD BOD Chairperson Engr. Fausta L. Tanguilan. The activity was attended by the general managers, board of directors and members of the management from different water districts in the region.
