The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District (MTWD) bags 3rd place in the 2023 PAWD Best Publication Awards organized by the Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) which was joined by different Local Water Districts in the country.Every Local Water District was encouraged to submit at least two issues of the publication containing relevance in form and substance of the entries. The contest was adjudged by selected individuals having significant background and experience in publication, journalism and mass communication.The awarding ceremonies was held on February 29, 2024 at SMX Convention Center, Davao City and the plaque of recognition was received by General Manager Engr. Miller C. Tanguilan, CESE.As a service-oriented organization, it is the mandate of the District to apprise the public with relevant issues and accomplishments that are being undertaken through fast and effective communication channels such as this publication- the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬.The members of the Editorial Board under the leadership of GM Miller further commits to publish informative issues that are apt and fitting to the mission and vision of MTWD.
