After nearly a year of intensive leadership training and public sector innovation, the Fidel V. Ramos LEAD4R Fellowship Program on Advanced Governance and Leadership for the Public Sector concluded a culminating activity on June 15, 2025 held at UP-NCPAG Case Room and Student Lounge, UP Diliman, Quezon City, celebrating the achievements of 18 public service fellows who completed the program.

On May 16, 2025, day after the frontline service inspection, a client interview ensued. The secretariat of the CART namely Atty. Kenneth Charisse I. Gallardo and Mr. Sammuel A. Aquino interviewed 3 customers availing different frontline service transactions such as application for new water service connection, bills payment and request for bacteriological test. The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District (MTWD) conducted its fifth raffle draw of the year on the 26th day of May. The monthly raffle draw serves as an acknowledgment of the commitment shown by its customers-concessionaires in promptly paying their water bills, demonstrating mutual appreciation and support. It was held at the main office in San Gabriel Village, Tuguegarao City and overseen by Mr. Mar Anthony V. Allan, representative from the Department of Trade and Industry. The raffle draw for May covers a total of 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝒔𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝟐𝟓 𝒌𝒈 𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒆 and 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒅 𝑴𝑻𝑾𝑫 𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒔. Winners are notified via phone call and an official letter containing instructions on how to claim their prizes. It’s important to note that claiming of prizes is within 30 days from the raffle date.
